Developing leaders; coming alongside pastors

• COMMUNITY – bringing like-minded pastors together in trainings, regular meetings, and cohorts that foster growth through fellowship, prayer, learning, and accountability (Heb 10:24).
• MENTORING – investing one-on-one in pastors through individualized tracks that meetspecific needs and provide pathways for deeper, personal discipleship (2 Tim 2:2).
• RESOURCES – practical, spiritual, financial: leveraging years of experience, partnerships, and relationships for the Glory of Christ and the multiplication of our churches (1 Tim 6:18-19).
